To be honest I wouldn't worry because I read somewhere that the estore/samsung website tracking system is not fully in sync with the internal system tracking system. So most likely your order was already in "preparing dispatch" for a week but just not updated in Samsung store tracking page. I asked estore staff is there any chance we might get it earlier than 24th, they said definitely not. All orders are set to dispatch on that day onwards.

hahaha not sure if that is being sarcastic or you are genuinely surprised 🤣 In case it is sarcastic, you can see i was right as people are already going into preparing for dispatch :D

definitely wont take 5 working days mate, thats just a default placeholder thing they say. they ship with NZ Post overnight courier. with S21 mine got shipped on a thursday and delivered the next morning. But for the Z Fold 3 for example, it got picked up late in the day around 4pm so it was delivered the following monday. just your luck i guess.

Estore agent advised that it takes 5-7 days for delivery and the tracking details will tell you that the service they use is "signature required" but it is "E" for economy.

I really hope that is not true!
