I tried that but stopped after typing it out - it contained 123456789 in the middle - so clearly just a placeholder

 

 

after a few attempts to log into the gift redeem website- busy today of course I got my order accepted

it was the number on the very bottom of the receipt that was attached to the Bonus offer-nothing to do with the serial number or IMEI of the phone

FYI guys - Huawei have found some serial numbers were missing from the backend of the watch redemption site and are updating it, will take a few days to catch them all. If you can't redeem your watch right now, try again Monday or Tuesday and you should be good to go. If it's still a no-go after that, ask the retailer you purchased from to escalate with Huawei.
