Blurtie:

I must be one of the lucky ones? Got an email from Samsung last night to say my order had been dispatched (order placed 11th Feb). In reality, it looks like they merely just allocated a tracking number to the order - as the tracking function didn't work/had no info.

Just checked again and it was just picked up by the courier at midday today. Estimated delivery (to Chch) is listed as 25th...

Lucky indeed! Mine's a 10th Feb order and still 'Processing'. I'm sure it'll show up soon enough anyway

I have 2 orders, one placed 10th another placed 11th, both still say processing. I’m in North Island, and I’m wondering if maybe they have sent out South Island orders a day earlier than North Island to allow for the extra delivery time so that everyone gets an estimated delivery date of 25th?

Cheers, so that leaves me wondering why someones 11th feb order has been dispatched before my 10th feb order. Would’ve thought they be processed in the order they were received. sucks for me but nice for other lucky owners. I didn’t expect it to ship until 24th anyway so fingers crossed that still happens and then maybe I have a good chance to have it by the weekend.

Ordered on 10th with delivery to Wellington, status is still "processing" :(

Planned to gift it for my wife's birthday this Friday, hope it arrives by then.

Hi can I please ask how do you know that service is overnight?
Also what is your estimated delivery date as per tracking system?

NZPost tracking only shows tracking number allocated at 1657hrs.... no pickup shown yet.... no estimated delivery date... as I said I might get it tomorrow..... but then again I might have to wait another day...

This is the worst phase of any new phone thread, the one where people breathlessly and guess and hope in excruciating detail about delivery of their new devices.

I understand it, but perhaps we could keep it to a minimum? :)

Mine just changed to tracking number allocated. Ordered Feb 10th.

Most likely get picked up tomorrow and delivered to Wellington day after.

Tracking number allocated simply means it's been not picked up yet.
