On another topic where is everyone buying their 64gb micro SD from lately?

With my Farmlands discount $117 at Noel Lemming, Sandisk 64 Class 10

Just did a search on ebay and found these selling for $US 21.99

http://www.ebay.com/itm/SANDISK-MOBILE-ULTRA-CLASS-10-64GB-MICRO-SDXC-SD-64G-MEMORY-UHS-I-U1-ANDROID-APP-/110943347949?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19d4bd24ed#ht_1433wt_1186

They could quite possibly be fakes, but for $21.99 I can take the risk.

Does anyone know what the 2 degrees update was?

Ive been on custom Roms since the phone released here and just this week put a stock rom on it and received a 2 degrees 20mb update.

I am running the same

It came through sometime back... Not really sure what it did or changed.. maybe someone from 2degrees can shed some light on it..

Why would you wana go for the ebay auction...??

Although its a great deal and the seller has good reputation on ebay.. he specifically states that if we are using Android 4.0, then it wont work..

I'm also on this firmware but mine is Vodafone 32GB. What is going on? Everyone else that have different versions of firmware constantly getting their updates. Whereas our one has none since.

I'm going crazy :S

So, Samsung made their official announcement that we'll be getting Jelly Bean "very soon." Not quite the definite information I was hoping for!

Before I bought it I did some checks because it seemed too good to be true. A quick google search based on the assumption that the card really is a genuine sandisk showed that plenty of people have it working fine with their SGS 3's. It's not as fast as specified because the SGS3 does not have the 'Ultra High Speed' interface enabled on its micro sdxc slot. But it will still be a lot faster than my current card.

If it doesn't work in the phone, then I should be able to use it in my TV as a recording target or get a compatible USB adapter and use it as a memory stick.

If it is a fake (which should be fairly obvious once it arrives) I'll just send it back. As you said, the seller has a good reputation and wont want to ruin that.

Running Jellybean too, but I don't think that will make much difference overall.

Upgrade for Galaxy S2 is already in the making and (rumored) 4th Quarter release so S3 version cannot be far off anyway..
