Do you experienced lagginess when using pop-up play? I played an HD video and it laggy like you are on power saving mode. But the lag stopped after maximise the pop-up play. Seems to only effect when it is not in full-size. A few lags here and there at times. I'm using 64GB SanDisk class10 card and formatted to exFat. Was running better with Fat32.
Weird thing is if you use the phone to format the Card, it will format to Fat32 instead of exFat.
Now I think it is the codec issues related to some videos that weren't converted when I drag and drop to the phone. The one I took doesn't lag as much and barely noticeable.

For video with codecs not well supported natively on the phone try MX and Dice Player (Dice Player has pop up play now, and I forget whether MX Player has updated to offer that yet).
IntegerIsNumber: I hate the new Go SMS Pro. It lost the ability to backup messages offline onto SD card. Whereas before it was so much user friendly. Now is very intrusive and bloated with crap.
Stopped using it ages ago.
PansiSMS is my current favourite despite the name.
I'm getting a bit sick of Go SMS Pro too. Does Pansi SMS let you customise contacts like Go SMS Pro does (i.e. set up different coloured LED notification and different ringtone for different people)? If so then I'll give it a go.
Nop, I just tried PansiSMS and there is no fancy options or Private box. Most importantly it laggy on my Jelly Bean S3. I just uninstalled it. I'm rolling back to Stock and use Vault security :)
Actually I've just been reading up on Pansi SMS and they have a plugin called Pansi SMS Individual Setting that apparently lets you set up different notifications for different people.
But if you say it's laggy then I won't bother giving it a try.
No lag with PansiSms on mine running the Official S3 jellybean

I did a flash on top of the Jelly Bean and guess what? I get the same battery drainage afterward. The proximity sensor somewhat screwed up and always on. So people when you upgrade to Jelly Bean be aware to fresh install the firmware instead of upgrading on top and pay attention at the proximity sensor.
If you see red glow (faint red) then something is wrong and your battery will be consumed very quickly. The only way to get rid of it is to uninstall all apps or factory reset (You'll lose your internal data).
Pansi SMS still pretty laggy to me. May be I have high standard of smoothness. But I'm going to install it to archive my messages because the stock one cannot store more than 5000 SMS/MMS. So third party SMS would be better at handing those numbers.
Just did another factory reset after my tests and now restoring from Kies.
Somewhat I cannot restore from Samsung Account. It gave me this error message "Failed to complete download due to network error"
IntegerIsNumber: Update: After did factory reset on updated JB, my phone is no longer has the continuous proximity sensor issue. Seems like something gone bad along the upgrade. Best to wipe the phone after install and make it fresh.

You can now recording video and pause your recording then resume when you needing. :) Awesome!
Integer are you by any chance using viber? the latest updated which occured two or three days is the cause of the proximity sensor staying on for many on DLIB (discovered on XDA). It may not be the problem in your case but I just tested it my sensor was glowing faint red for a while then as soon as I uninstalled viber instant off and has not shown since,

I tried killed it before but the red light still on but now I'm sure that it probably was the cause of the problem. Haha I flashed 3 times already.
But the weird thing is when I flashed on top of the firmware I get the red glow afterward. Weird. Got it twice so this time will try stay away from viber.

webup: More than 5000 sms? I what on earth are you doing with the phone that has that many messages?
Lol those are my messages I saved since my S2. Actually those are only 10% of my messages from my S2 backup. I keep it in case I want to back track any one on my list :)
I had total of 13000 messages on my phone right now. And I only restore the most recent one, total of 7001 messages. Going to use PansiSMS to store those messages but using stock message app as front end.

Prior to this is to do a full backup of your system in case **** hit the fans. Then just flash it and also remove Viber as it will cause your Jelly Bean to bleed out battery 10% in 20mins. Not beautiful and don't find it out the hard way as I did (flashed 3 times).
