The guy I dealt with said they were on backorder (as of thursday) and would be "available from 2 November".
I assume that means they are all available today, and it will just be a processing delay
bryza100: Just rang 2Degrees to find out what was happening with my order, as I hadn't received an email... Turns out the order was never actually placed, so the lady actioned it then and there. A little gutting as I was super excited to get it tomorrow.
On a different note - do the phones ordered on plan come with a pre activated nano sim? I only have a micro in my nexus 5 atm.
samsunger: I just spoke to 2degrees. They said the phone is on backorder because of high demand. I ordered on Wednesday as soon as they where available. A bit gutted.

- There was a "Technical issue" and the order was not placed for your phone even though you have been charged for it
I just finished a 30+ min phone call and the outcome was that my order hadn't gone through. So if you haven't received an email about it then make sure you call them.
