Which is better to use, Bixby or Gemini? Bixby just cant get my kiwi accent right, takes Auckland for Oakland haha, is there a way to train assistant to your voice?

Edit: I see Bixby has those voice recordings, is it worth putting in time with lots of recordings?

Gemini cant run tasks on the phone, so I figure you need to have both Gemini and Bixby, both serving a different purpose?

I will do some study on YT.

You didn't mention running local tasks, you only mentioned understanding your voice better. What is it that you want the assistant to do?  That will be the starting point for a relevant answer.

Yeh my apologies, I had misunderstood Gemini originally, I thought it was an all in one AI tool plus local device assistant. Its extremely helpful Im finding combined with voice commands as they just fly out quick.

Still need Bixby for access to some apps simply for administrative stuff. But Gemini is so handy to have when wanting to create or simply get detailed data beyond "how is the weather" etc.

One issue Im finding with Voice commands is background talking, ie the TV. So I thought trying to use my BT ear buds which cut out most background noise but that was a no go. I wonder if there would be any quick way to turn off the local mic so only input was via the ear buds?

Battery level continues to impress for only 5000mah at ~7". The screen is and usually is the star of galaxy devices. Im hesitant to to uninstall apps in case I will use them later, but I really would like a more bare bones interaction and if possible get back some Ram for anything possibly in deep sleep. So much, I keep learning something knew every day. I really want to get stuck into learning the Cameras as that was one of my main points of purchase and always will be with my main device.

Pbtech have some good prices on cases, I couldn't justify a Torras case price prior but now Im going to pick up the Ostand Spin. I wish they had plain black but so be it. Supposedly a very good case going off YT and Amazon. Big lips on the camera surround and screen mean I dont have to worry about scratches outside forgetting whats in my pockets or possible drops flush onto the screen. I have considered a screen protector, but people are saying it minimizes the anti reflective screen samsung put a bit of work into Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Clear MagSafe Case | TORRAS, the only concern with strong magnet cases is, will it make the s-pen defunct, but I am not gelling with this s-pen outside the quick select function, and I figure if the magnet is set to stand or even use as finger grip, the spen "should" work ok.

Just got prompted to download the July update. Seems to mainly be a security patch again.

Does that update fix or cause the issues with Satellite texting that was notified on Tuesday?
