Athlonite:
sidkumar: Nothing yet on Nexus 4. Tried the Clear Data from Google Service framework method as well. (Unless it can notify of updates only on wifi, am on 3G currently.)

pretty much you'll need wifi and be on a full charge aswell

Was on wifi at home and fully charged... checked manually couple of times, no sign of any update...

Got it this morning on my Galaxy Nexus but have resisted installing it yet. This is because my phone is rooted and the last time I did an update, it removed root access and it took me ages to get it back.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.

Mine came this morning but verification must have failed as I'm still on 4.2.2 after clicking Restart and Install. I realise after the fact that I'm running franco kernel so that's probably why

Now my phone thinks its up to date on 4.2.2, Google's OTA process is infuriating

Sideloading the latest SuperSU with CWM worked for me.  But unroot your phone before doing an OTA (back it up,too) - last time I OTA'd whilst rooted, it failed hard...

Less infuriating than iOS updates where iTunes dies for 2 days while EVERYBODY downloads the update...

My Galaxy Nexus picked it up over the weekend. Dramatic performance improvement - all the lag introduced by 4.2.2 is gone (including the slow sleep/wake response, 3 second pause when rotating the camera orientation, and general chugginess when multitasking). This is probably the fastest my phone has ever been, around on par with 4.1 or maybe even a little better. Very happy, even though there aren't really any new features or cosmetic changes.

I see it's waiting on my N4 at the moment but as I have to go out will wait until I get back before attempting it..

When I went from 4.2 to 4.2.2(?) I was rooted and then lost it. But that was the only issue from the update. Are you saying 4.3 breaks phones that are on 4.2.2 rooted?

If you use custom kernels just beware, looks like google released an older version of what is in AOSP at the moment.

The current OTA update and stock image is missing GPU enhancements and wifi fixes

If a kernel developer builds against the newest AOSP then apparently there's issues, gonna get messy with devs having to release two kernels for each build

Just upgraded mine. The changes are not apparent, must be under the hood..

Likewise: was downloaded waiting to be installed when I got home. Nothing obviously changed. (Nexus 10)

From reading XDA it seems many people with the Galaxy Nexus have experienced noticeable performance improvements. I guess that would be less so with a N10.

Still waiting on both Nexus 7s.
Not a big deal though as I haven't sorted how I'm going to re-root yet since Voodoo OTA rootkeeper says it's not working with 4.3 yet.

Have 4.3 on my 32Gig Nexus 7 but not on the 16Gig machine. I note with some concern and no little dismay that 'MX player' no longer works on video files.
In fact, I have difficulty loading avideo player at all on the updated machine.
