rayray: I checked the mall today for cases, screen protectors and skins. Nothing on sale at the moment. The word is stock will arrive in 2 weeks or so. Don't know what to do in the mean time...

And too late for me......phone slipped out of me pocket small dent and crack in the glass on the back beside the camera...grrr!!!!!

Forgot to mention, I really like the keyboard. I thought it would be hard to type on it, but with two hands at least its very comfortable, i'm yet to have a typo.

lagbort: Is anyone selling cases in NZ yet? This aluminium back is very slippery...

No case for me. Can't see the point in buying a premium thin device with great build quality - and then cover it up with a bulky plasticy case. The device is quite slippery though, so I might consider a dbrand skin for the back of it to improve grip without adding bulk.

You are probably the first person in NZ to break 6P!

Is it bad?

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

It was just one of those days, started with spilling my coffee this morning and this was the last thing, happened at 4.30. After that I had two good things happen so I think the universe had forgiven me for whatever I did lol

Sorry to hear bud.
I'm pretty worried the same might happen to me, this is my first big phone so still adjusting as well.

Ouch gutted @Clinty that sucks. I am very paranoid the same thing will happen to me. If you are just holding the sides of the phone with fingers and thumb it is very easy for it to slide down.

Still 50/50 if this is the phone for me or if I should get a 5X... I really like being able to do everything with one hand. The weight over my old nexus 5 is noticeable too.

Loving the fingerprint scanner, great idea. Not loving the volume button position, taking a screen shot is a pain in the butt now.

Have any of you recieved any OTA updates? The build on the 2degrees N6P seems to be two builds lower than the latest version. The late-October and early November patches don't seem to have come through.

On my second N6P which my parents picked up in Australia, the OTA update came through almost immediately after I started the phone up and connected it to a network.

2d has been known to hold up software release.
You use to be able to get around this by putting in a different telco's sim card and rebooting the device and waiting a few minutes

I'm on VF, so haven't used a 2D card on it.

Hey guys - I'm keen to get hold of one of these today if possible.  Anyone know if they're in stock at any stores in Auckland?  Thanks!
