Whats the update policy like with the Huawei Mate 20/P20 range? I'm concerned that past behaviour regarding P9/P10 doesn't send a good message or have things changed at Huawei since then?

Follow up to that - are they unbranded like the Huawei P20?

Do you know whether the Huawei Mate 20 is carrier branded or is it unbranded like with the Huawei P20 Pro?

the mate 9 was unbranded and i would assume rightly or wrongly that the current models would be the same

Noticed on one of the reviews that the finger print scanner will not work for some apps like banking etc.  Can someone confirm this when they get it please.

Just had a play with the 20 pro in 2d. Shot it's a nice phone. Even compared to my note 8 it was a sexy piece of kit. Any word on Vodafone deals etc?

Is one thing I'm mindful of too.

I havent had a chance to play with one in person. But when i think about it... It wouldn't phase me tooooo much.. Although I'd hope an update standardizes it

One thing I noticed is that Huawei Mate 20 Pro comes under the Google Enterprise programme (comes with the latest Android, one major upgrade and 5 years of support with 90 day turn arounds for security updates). I'm going to rock up to my local 2 Degrees to have a fiddle around with one to see what it is like.

Voda don't range dual SIM devices unfortunately.

Only green for launch and black a week later, Huawei have no immediate plans for other colours to my knowledge.

mhm i seem to be becoming quite aware of this one..

Will see if i can get my hands on the green one today for a proper look.

I'm unsure if it was just the pbtech display unit, but i had a constant static charge coming off the back of theirs...

Partner couldn't feel it but definitely bothered me..

May be the grounding on the display cables though.
