I hope your dual SIM offering here in NZ is better than my research shows.  The Nokia dual SIM phones I have found do GSM to 4G LTE on SIM 1 but only GSM / 2G on SIM2  basically useless  these days.  No  use  for a holiday in Oz as they have no GSM networks and only Vodafone has one here at present   but would only be any good for voice and SMS.
