Personally I think the price is getting a bit high. However if anyone is tempted by the NL or DS offers, remember that past reports on GZ state that OnePlus charger is removed and a generic installed.

NL used to state that on their website, but currently do not. From the DS website (click on the Direct Import banner in the link above):

"Are Australian or international models different in any way?

International models are brand new, genuine products. You may notice minor differences when compared with models purchased locally, however, all international models are supplied with an Australia/New Zealand compliant generic charger and are suited for use in Australia/New Zealand."

Do you really want to loose Warp charging?

Nokia 6110, 6210, 6234, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1, Huawei Ideos X5 (Windows Mobile), Samsung Galaxy SIII, LG G4, OnePlus 5, iPhone Xs Max (briefly), S21 Ultra. And I thought I hadn't had many phones - but the first one around 1997.

Does any company sell the appropriate charger with an NZ/AU plug?

I bought an Oppo VOOC charger for my OnePlus 6 (from NLs as it happens, having got the phone elsewhere), but I'm not sure if anyone is doing the latest version for this area...

Thats the issue 1 plus doesn't do NZ/AU plugs.  The closes we can get is the OPPO charger however these are also now hard to get in NZ and would still only be at the 20 watts and not the new 30 watts that the OP7 pro can use.

Literally one of the best feature, considering no wireless charging too. That will be annoying.

I was advised pre orders begin 24th. So maybe it was made visible in error.

These prices would seem more reasonable than the NL prices if they were indeed the pre-order price

Yup. Totally agree. But i did a price comparison of buying Oneplus 7 pro 12gb model from US directly using NZPost service, it was approx 1400 NZD. So PBtech is very compatitive. NL expected for 12 GB model would be 2000 NZD

NL had all the models listed for a few hours the other night and the 12GB was 1599 or 1699 not quite sure.

Could be placeholder though.

Is it worth buying OP7 pro now or just wait for the 7T later this year and wait for the price drop on the OP7 pro? 🤔

The reply i got from supero regarding the charger they're selling with their op7:

they package the original 30 watt warp charger with an international plug adapter AND a generic NZ charger.

Does anyone know if a 30watt charger will work properly through an adapter?

The same verbal reply I got from PBTech when I preordered.
