Has anyone seen demos of the Watch Ultra out in shops yet? I've only seen the Watch 7.

Asked a couple places and tehy all said the same thing, stuck in customs.

I asked about the Ring. The answer was the Ring has no release date for New Zealand.

My Watch Ultra finally arrived - the reviewers have been bang on, it certainly looks better in real life, and despite the size, it is much more comfortable to wear than the Watch 6 Classic that I had. I think the sensor at the back is protruding less.

Any questions feel free to ask.

What colour WU did you get? I got the grey one.

It is way easier to switch bands with the new lug design than the W5Pro I had upgraded from.

Got the silver. I must say compared to the Watch 6 classic this looks and feels like a much higher quality watch.

September security update out for the Fold

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

I just replaced my Fold4 with a Fold6. Could any other user please confirm what's their current OS version and latest security update installed?

Thanks.

Thanks. I have had this one for a couple of days and still in June 2024.

Here is an interesting one.

I was using a Fold4 and that was swapped with a Fold6. This is a demo unit.

The Fold4 consistently got updates. This Fold6 is stuck on June 2024 update.

I'm thinking perhaps this is because it's a demo unit - I'm waiting to hear from Samsung.

Any ideas to "force" an update?

Was this set up fresh when you received it and have you reset settings since?

It was "fresh" as in it wasn't new but it was reset to factory settings. It presented the language selection when first powered up here and followed the onboarding of a new device.
