freitasm: And now I'm back at home, turned on WiFi - and after it connected to the AP Exchange won't sync again, complaining "no data connection". It seems there's a problem when switching data providers...

Hmm, weird - I have not experienced any issues with Exchange on it.

Yes currently but they said an update is due soon so she can take it back and get it upgraded..
