After the extended wait I'm actually disappointed it wont be 2 days later when I'll actually be in London. Now being there for the launch (ok ok, so there's proper invites) would be something special.

And the latest leak, sounds like the most believable GS3 rumour I've heard all year

@Blair, yeah that article is interesting! It looks as though it's been put into a plastic generic case, in order to hide the design

Hopefully they bump it up to 2GB RAM, and a 12MP camera though. Although the OneX cam is doing pretty well in the tests I've tried. Low light is great, slight bit of noise in normal photos though

This is also pretty interesting:

Guys in Vietnam picked this up... Micro SD seems to be locked in! Fantastic

Mali 400 GPU? That's the same as the Galaxy Nexus. Is this really the S3?? You can see the phone is in another shell, that's pretty obvious and I know it booted with I9300 but hmmm

- Telstra HTC Touch Pro2 - Energy ROM WM6.5.5 20 Oct/Cyanogen Mod Froyo 2.2 - R.I.P

Was going through comments through an article of that whole Amazon Germany page and there seems to be rumours about a SGS2+ in a shell similar to the Galaxy Nexus... Really can't be bothered with all these rumours tbh

Probably a reference to the rumoured 'ceramic' treatment.

The Galaxy Nexus uses the much weaker and older PowerVR SGX540 GPU The Galaxy SII uses the Mali400 clocked at 200-267mhz while the Galaxy SIII is rumoured to run the Mali 400 at 400mhz. Some leaked benchmarks show it has quite a lot of performance under the hood in the graphics department, although not as much as the hoped for Mali T604

It doesn't sound like the GS3 will be quite the revolutionary device we all hoped it would be. Seems like it's barely better than the HTC One X

Could be, however a lot of us are having slight teething issues with our One Xs.  Which will probably be revealed in our blog posts!

I don't recall having quite as much trouble with my GS2.  If it's similar to the HTC One X, I might have to upgrade to a black one, and give the white to my wife
