Just checked store stock for P30 Pro and every brick and mortar store has stock for the Black version looks like other colours may not be available.  Have they given you an ETA for delivery.

 

Mine is a P30 non pro Breathing Crystal last preorder from Henderson (they were closed by the time I was left). I popped in to ask twice. Once was 12th, the day of launch, she checked and said it wasn't available. Second time was day before Good Friday. First time the person recognised me from the day before asked if I got the SMS (no), checked something on the computer and said it wasn't ready yet.

Second time I explained to the (different) person I hadn't received any message but it had been nearly a week so wondering if somehow got lost. She didn't check anything on the computer, instead seemed to be checking all around the back counter where I assume they keep stuff for pickup. Eventually came back and checked computer and then called the person who had taken my pre-order to say I was there asking about it. Was later than I intended due to traffic not helped by their long time looking for my phone, so she was heading off. She said the Breathing Crystal had very high demand so they were taking a while to arrive, didn't ask about an ETA with the holidays coming up. 

PB Tech seem to have the worst stock of the non Pro P30s except maybe 2degrees themselves. The BC (and Aurora) did show up as in stock in some stores and online for PB for a brief time between 12 and 17. Since then hasn't been in stock anywhere whenever I checked. (Black has generally been in stock, but not that many.) I'm still confused whether I ended up in a queue behind initial store stock. Or they failed to notify me and then sold the one reserved for me. Or their website stock system is totally crap and doesn't account for stock reserved for pickups. They currently seem to be estimating 10th delivery if you order now. I haven't yet tried bugging them again, wondering if there's any point. Will push harder if I ever see it in stock again though.

Pop into a bricks and mortar PB showing stock and say you want to buy a P30. When you have the phone in hand, say thanks very much, show them your pre-order, walk out.

Possibly that would have worked 2.5 weeks ago when some of the stores were showing stock. Not likely to work now per above. 

I could try asking to change my Breathing Crystal for a Black, but despite my annoyance I'd still greatly prefer the BC or at least Aurora so will just wait it out. I will push harder the moment I see stock again though. I should have just gone with NL. I wasn't interested in either the headphones or UE Boom 3, but thought given the smaller size of PB Tech etc the Boom 3 would hopefully be easier to sell on TradeMe. But then around easter time PB started to sell the UE Megaboom for $110 (I think clearance) so who knows. 

P.S. Did cancel my 2degrees contract a while ago, always planned to. Actually wasted a few dollars since was hoping to receive my phone before cancelling just in case even if T&C etc seemed clear. So yeah the bill I just paid was for $670+
