They did say up to 28 days so within that time frame. As yet no tracking details though

Yes as expected it arrived this morning. But typical courier post they came and tried to deliver at some ungodly hour and left a card. So we have to go to base to pick up

I contacted the redemption folks. I got a reply about 5 minutes later saying I should have mine next week. I haven't had an email yet.

i'd be happy with updates after a year with a product like this.
