Has anyone else noticed S25 battery life is significantly worse recently? I usually charge my phone once a day, that's jumped to twice a day.

Yes. Absolutely. I can still with lighter use get through a day by the skin of my teeth with less than 15 percent spare but only a moderate day I'd have been at 25 to 30 percent before. 

There's a new Google System Update... I've applied that to see if it helps.

Mine was updated to 1st February 2026. Was 56mb which is quite large for a Google Play Update. Normally they're only a few mb.

1st of February for my handset as well

I'd say applying the latest Google Play system updates has helped battery life. I haven't been using my phone as much as usual on the weekend but the battery seems better.

I also got a second 54MB update this week, but still stuck on 1 Jan

Just got the March update. Android Security Patch Level 5th March 2026 (so 2nd month of patching  to 5th of month rather than 1st of month security level).  No other obvious  changes but the release notes arent properly up for NZ firmware  yet either as of typing.

I had similar size update this week, but version still listed as 1 Jan 2026

Wondering if these were enablement updates for Spark Satellite?
