snowfly: Anyone here have the TF101G model transformer, with 3G?
Or does anyone know where to get one?

There's rumours of it but it hasn't been released.

lchiu7: As for Internet access, I picked up a cheap Android phone from Trademe for $100 (Vodafone 858) and just stick the SIM card from my 2D USB modem in the phone and use it as a portable wifi hotspot. This compares favourably with the $199 cost of the Telecom mifi device or the equivalent Vodafone unit.
Samsung Note20 Ultra, on 2degrees
stevesumner: Got my Asus eee pad Transformer TF101 32GB today from Bond and Bond for $899. I think it's pretty sweet.
Also got a Case Logic 10" neoprene sleeve that fits the Transformer and keyboard. I am still thinking of getting the official Asus cover for just the tablet: http://www.tastech.co.nz/product_info.php?products_id=363473 but not sure if I actually need it.
Also wondering about a screen protector. Anyone else got one? If so which one is better, the matte or the gloss?
Dodgy Bastards have them: http://www.dodgybastards.co.nz/eeepad-screen-protector-matte.html

lchiu7:
Is that the 3G model or wifi only? How much were they selling the 16GB for? As I noted earlier I paid $649 for that and it didn't seem I needed to go 32GB since it has a microSD slot you can use.
Plus I have seen a hack on the Internet where a person took the keyboard and hacked it to install a 500GB drive in it! Now that's a hack worth looking at.

Not 3G. Did you pay $649 including the keyboard?
