Got the update late last night - so far everything is running fine. What are the major changes that other people are seeing (besides the UI side of things)

Looks like Xposed not working on Samsung LP versions yet so I am heading back to 4.4 or whatever I backed up.

Haven't missed it as much as I thought I would. Miss the MS exchange code bypass, but the new Android Wear trusted unlock thing seems to do the trick!

Yeah apparently the way Samsung have implemented ART is giving the developer some headaches. I am missing a few features, like blurred UI, those toggles are fugly and the ability to change the gallery app in the camera to something that doesn't dam near brick my phone with lag. But hopefully a fix isn't far off.

Nothing really. The recents button still lags to the point of being useless. Just a slightly more smooth experience.

Yeah hopefully not long. In the meantime I have backed up LP5 and gone back to 4 as there is nothing special in LP I really need, I can wait.

On Vodafone with Note 4 and got Lollipop update last week.

I now find battery life is way worse. It's gone down 50% so far today and in past would only be 20% with same use. Also over night dropping 20% with no apps open. Again in the past might only lose a few %.

Anyone else got this happening.

I bumped mine off the charging stand at about 9am accidentally. It sat not on charge for 4 hours till I heard it vibrate - strange because its on silent, It was flat and hot. Keeps happening on it since lolipop. I have the spark software on it.

Looking in the task list when its getting hot and not really charging quickly and its never showing anything in there at all that would account for it. Will just put up with it till the note 5 comes out since I really cant face trying a factory reset and reconfiguring all my stuff.

Then clear the cache partition and factory reset the handset

Will do of it gets real bad. But not keen on reset takes hours to set up again.
Seems like a pretty poor and time consuming option if software is buggy from Vodafone.
Hopefully will fix itself after a few full charges from flat.

Vodafone did not write the software (it's a Samsung handset and Samsung provide the update builds) and 99% of handsets will update with no issue, It could impact any carrier build on any network!

Edit: I had a similar thing happen on a Samsung S2 after an update that was an import from Poland and had to do the same thing main thing is it resolved the issue

And this is why I root. Titanium backup. Batch restore. Done in 5 minutes.
