Order delay must have been sent to everybody on preorders so online shop is in a mess. Screen protector I asked Samsung kiosk guy seemed to think they might be getting tomorrow left my number for him to call me when in stock.

Just got an “order dispatched” email - looks like a tracking numbers been allocated by nz post, so hopefully not too long to wait! Whoop

2 screen protectors come in their pack.

Yeah I got one of these emails today... even though I never bought it from the samsung site and only ever got so far as adding it to my cart.

S22 black ordered 11 Feb arrived 1st March - this account has not received the "order is delayed" email so it doesn't appear it gets sent to everyone who pre-ordered.

S22 white ordered 10 Feb dispatched today, this account received the "order is delayed" email a couple hours before receiving the "dispatched" email lol.

Can't help but think it might have gone a long way if Samsung had been transparent about the situation and communicated earlier. Probably would have resulted in less demand on their chat/call centre/email staff too as I imagine they all got hammered.

My Whitestone Dome twin pack for S22 Ultra came today, I ordered from Mobile Fun on the 18th, it came from the U.K.

Not too bad IMO.

PB tech texted today to say my S22 Ultra is ready for pickup, it's a Black 512GB, got the Vacuum package bundle but I have no idea if the extras are here yet.

To be honest, I'm looking forward to my Tab S8 Ultra more.

I got the email 3 times from 4 accounts.

1 ordered earlier this week
1 ordered on 14/2 but is apparently cancelled
1 ordered 14/2 and was dispatched on Wednesday
1 ordered 12/2 and I definitely cancelled this one didn't get the email
No word from my in-store order that I need to arrange cancelling/returning

Only annoyance for me is Samsung caused my problems that lead to all these orders and I'm now at the back of the queue because of that. But I saved myself $100 putting in the last order so I'm not going to complain too much about that (again).

My order arrived this morning, then at 1:30pm received order complete email, and just received the "order delayed" email at 3:36pm.

I just got this email today. And I didn’t order mine through Samsung.

I actually ordered an ultra 256gb black from EPP which I received yesterday. I am using the s21 ultra and honestly this was an impulse buy. The box is still sealed and happy to sell it to anyone who wants it at the same cost what I paid for it.

So everyone that pre ordered and they've delayed the devices can't get this?

I'm not fussed as I have a family plan anyway so doubt it would work but surely they need to extend if there's delays to receiving the devices as they had this all over the ore order offers.
