Plus they have released .162 its getting embarrassing how far behind New Zealand is, and why are some 2 Degrees Phones getting the .153 update and other have not its been a week since some phones got the update.

Can someone at 2 Degrees answer whats going on with the updates.

I am on 153 with Vodafone. My handset is not the NZ model though - it's the dual SIM one.

2degrees and still on .124

just got this phone thursday, called 2degrees to see if i was able to return the phone, they said yes if it was unopened/sealed.  rules that out.

aerir: Checked with NL, they claimed Huawei/Google still providing update and support.

No sign of accepting returns

That's not a claim. It is a confirmed statement from Google and Huawei. Until there is a formal statement of being unable to provide security updates retailers won't do anything. That is not going to happen until at least August the 19th.

I just did the exact same thing. When i checked on the phone, no updates available. But as soon as i tried HiSuite on PC, .153!

Can confirm - on 2degrees, phone was showing no update, plug it in and fire up hisuite, boom there's the update.
