I got mine from Expert Infotech, don't know about after sales as I have never used them before. Mine seems to be Canadian (US plug, French and English literature). Where are other peoples from?

I got one on the weekend and noticed it had a stuck pixel on the screen. So when you buy you might want to check before taking it from the shop. I returned it and they replaced it no problem. The replacement was their last Note 2 and as I was replacing it someone came in wanting to buy one so I was lucky they had one left to replace.

Mobile Hi Tech in Newmarket, Auckland. They were great - replaced it with no problems at all.

It's taking me some time to get used to having an LED notification light. I tried turning it off in settings as it bugs me at night, it's so bright, but when GMail or Facebook notifications arrive it still turns on. A quick search shows this happens to people with the S3 too. Anyone no any workarounds?

Was the screen recording facility (Home button + Volume up) that was shown in some reviews not included in the retail Note 2? It doesn't seem to work on my device. Also the menu item to OCR an image to text doesn't seem to be there. Are these "coming in a future update" options or disabled by region?

Screencasting doesn't seem to have made it into a firmware yet (the multi-screen feature wasn't in the initial firmware, so kinda expect it to come at some point).

For OCR I think the app for OCR is actually hiding in Samsung Apps (I know that @onslaught86 on Twitter had it).

Had a look at their website, specifically to see Note 2. Most of their site does not seem to be functional.

I brought my one at about 315 Symonds St. Next to subway, St Pierr Sushi.it is 919

Iphone owner for previous years. After three days frustration, I finally start enjoying it. The size of the 7100 is just perfect, not too small as iphone and not big as tablet. So the size is really a matter, at least for me. Apart from the progress of adjusting from iphone to Android, The only thing I am concerned about except is the screen.

As suggested by many websites, movie/natural mode would be the best option. But using the phone on a sunny day outside, the reflection makes the screen not good in terms of viewing, which was not happened on iphone before.

And the finger print on the screen is more visible when watching movie, so have to clean the screen before watching movies.

Do anyone have suggestion improving this screen issue?
