Here's mine:

Android screen

Nexus One running CyanogenMod 7 (Gingerbread), Zeam launcher, Starfield Live Wallpaper, Smooth Calendar Widget (events blacked out, not sure why I care really), App Manager folders, Tesla light/torch widget, PowerAmp music Widget, Doggcatcher podcast widget.

Here's the homescreen I'm currently using. It's fancy widgets for the clock, desktop visualizer for the shortcuts which either link directly to an app or they launch a folder from folder organizer. Using minimalistic icons for the dock, switch pro widget for the toggle buttons.

New minilmist look, inspired by a few people in this thread. My first proper customisation using Launcher Pro and custom icons and all. I like it :)

I notice quite a few of you have the 'green droid with blue cross' widget/app. What is this?

It's Advanced Task Killer.  Here's the link from AppBrain.  If you're running Froyo you might determine Advanced Task Killer is no longer necessary.

Rule of thumb: Never run Task Killers on Android 2.1+ - This will reduce your battery life something massive + not actually do anything useful.
Instead, Install Watchdog - This wee app alerts you when a app is using more CPU than needed over a period of time, and then let's you kill it.

I also go with a simple approach with my homescreen, less clutter.

Using the Solar Winds live wallpaper (which is actually a screensaver from Linux) + Beautiful Widgets with it's background hidden. Simple.

How did you get the dock to look like that?

You need ADW or Launcher pro etc to be able to change the default icons of apps and then use an icon pack like these and away you go.

How do you get Launcherpro to see the new Icons?
I have Launcherpro and minimilsit icons but when I try and change the dock icons there's no option to use minimilist

They're just a bunch of pngs - unzip and stick somewhere on your SD card. You can then choose 'Custom Icon' through Launcher Pro
