I wouldn't even think of trading in a Samsung Galaxy S II for a Sony S, it's almost a backward step for just a bit of raffia work around the edges.

There are newer Sony phones due to be released in the months to come (~July/Sept)

Sony Hayabusa (which must be big cause the Motor bike is) and the Sony Mint.
These speculations are based on the indicated price points of these yet to be released phones.

Adreno 225 GPU is already being used in Android devices and it's a 1/3 better than the Adreno 220 GPU.

Beside Samsung Galaxy III is just around the corner

I thought the Sony Xperia P looked really nice at first because it's a smaller 4" LCD with superior daylight viewing to S-Amyloid and has 8MP camera, dual core 1.5Ghz etc.

However the overall volume/size is quite similar to Galaxy S2, which is dissapointing as I thought the smaller screen and newer tech would make it a lot smaller. it's only 3 mm shorter + 6 mm narrower

The Xperia's also do ANT+ which is what interests me. DO you know of any other Android phones likely to have similar?

Mine arrived today, i am completely blown away. Mainly by the screen, ui is sweet, fast loading and very smooth. Sound is also damn near perfect. love it

Glad you are enjoying it! Im probably going to wait until ICS gets released for the Xperia S and then make my decision then, although the SGS3 should be out at around the same time.
