if your contract isn't yet finished then you'll have to pay to cancelling your current contract to get on another contract. Termination fee is subject to the contract policies. You might need to check the provider web site for the actual price.?
Best if you want to stick to your contract but want a new phone then pay the phone out right and use the phone with the current plan you are on now.
NZtechfreak: Anyone else notice how this is the hottest thread in Geekzone right now, but isn't in the trending discussions area on the homepage? Got something to do with the Telecom Tech Blog One X promo you think?

If that were the case it would sour my opinion of GZ somewhat.
IntegerIsNumber: Have anyone notice that GSM Arena keep stating that Galaxy S3 has Exynos 4212 chip set instead of 4412?

I have no idea, just seemed a curious omission in that part of the GZ homepage.

I sent my Galaxy S III vs One X post the day after the launch event in London and I haven't noticed it on the homepage if that means anything. It heavily favoured upon the One X as well. I'll be honest when I say a MicroSD slot, removable battery and "superior" audio don't matter much to me personally
NZtechfreak: Certainly I think the One X can do better, and partly it's Telecom's fault that it isn't since we're on an outdated ROM at present. End of the day though the battery capacity is too small, and there's only so much software optimisation can do about that. Worth bearing in mind that the S3 will likely maintain it's battery life advantage with it's own custom ROM improvements.

Going a bit off topic here... but is yours s-off? Mine was (check my thread in the secret forum), flashed the EU RUU and haven't looked back
Will be interesting to see how battery life compares in reality, some of Samsung's software additions could very easily drain the battery, which should hopefully be offset by the 32nm SoC, plus pentile displays draw less power than RGB?
