russelo: i got all in one shipping: chromecast, 6p, and simcard.i did verify that when i placed the order.
Might have to call and chase that up then, I got the 6P but no Nanosim kit (which I expected, because come on it's sensible to add it just in case and wouldn't cost a lot), nor a Chromecast.

Can anyone please confirm they received their order without ever getting a tracking number? Maybe even those that ordered the 64GB model?
Ordered last Friday, credit charged straight away, and was told I would be emailed a tracking number but by Tuesday had not received one. Called up and was told they would contact distribution centre and get back to me. Shortly after my call I get an email from 2degrees saying ‘It’s official, we’ve received your order’ and ‘In the next day or so we’ll drop you another email to let you know that your order is on its way and when to look out for the courier.’
Still no email…
I’ll be disappointed if it does not turn up by tomorrow as I have to travel to ChCh in the weekend for work and not back until the following weekend

Very disappointed, a week today and phone has not even been shipped! No one seems to know why and I have had no response to my PM to @2degreescare other than to ask me what my code was. I know from reading this forum that others who ordered after me received their 6P. One 2degrees person I spoke to talked to their manager who responded ‘if they haven’t received a tracking number then it hasn’t been shipped’ Not very helpful, that is why I’m (insert expletive here) calling.
Off to Dunedin for 7 days tomorrow (not CHCh now) so had to ship c/o Dunedin 2degrees store. Here’s hoping they don’t stuff this up for me
