Just got a call from the same support lady this morning. First she told me "it's only for delayed orders - and mine wasn't", but as I pointed out "it was for all 128GB 6Ps ordered... given the original delay". And so now my details are being passed onto the correct person to send out the chromecast. Hey I admit it's a great deal, 10% off in the first place. And the Chromecast was "free", which was a nice and unnecessary gesture (I'm sure we would have all just been happy with our 10% discount, even if delayed). It was just the follow through and principle of the offer... All "disappointment" comments, and voodoo doll prods retracted; 2D did sort it out eventually. I think the first 3 calls might have just fallen into a void - like that one where ... aww no I won't spoil the Star Wars movie. :-)
