That would drain your battery faster, even with the screen off!

For anyone thinking of the wireless charger I have just paid Youshop $17.25 for delivery and it's on it's way for a grand total of NZ$95.25 which includes Google play postage of US$5.99

Slightly better exchange rate than me. Cost me $97 all up. $97 vs a $2 micro usb cable. Hmmm.....it better be good!

NzBeagle: Didn't notice any lag, but the long press tile toggles are handy.

Hmm. Why me?! Haha. Thanks. Nice to know that it's not the update. Might just go back to Cyanogenmod if this continues to be laggy for me though. It's not really laggy. Just not as fluid as before. Or maybe that's psychological :D. Cyanogenmod offers customisation options for the toggles etc anyway so not sure if I'll miss anything from stock. Let's see how this goes for now. Only just got the update earlier this morning. Will reboot and give it some time :)

Try running LagFix.

Oncop53: Still no android 4.2.2 here. I need those tiny insignificant changes!

You might consider trying to delete your Google account and putting it back in. That seems to have worked for me (phone is from 2 degrees).

Oh and a heads up to everyone on an awesome app called dashclock (a side project from a Google Dev) this really gives you a cool lock screen widget. With notification style similar to the ios

This worked for me... go to settings > apps > all > google services framework and force close and clear data

Then go to settings > about phone > system updates > check for update and then the update should start installing.

Has your update come through yet? I still haven't got it for my Nexus 7 (rooted) or Nexus 4 (US bought, non-rooted). I've tried the framework trick and removing my google account but still no update love. I can do the sideload easily enough, but the one of the reasons I got my N4 was so I didn't have to play around with roms/updates etc!

Still waiting here :-(

I'm supposed to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder for me to find one now.

I did what Alpen suggested with the framework and success! I did have to do it twice mind you. First time I force closed then cleared data, this didn't work. Then cleared data first followed by force close, this worked a treat!
Perhaps give it another try. Mine was purchased in nz BTW.

Thanks alpen

Yes the "google services framework" trick did work, but it needed multiple cycles of clearing the cache and data (just toggling back and forth on the same screen). I followed the procedure here:
http://marakana.com/s/post/1321/force_an_ota_update_on_your_android_nexus_device

I dont think I would do this again though. I lost a bunch of settings to do with google services (location etc.) and it was a pain to go back though the multiple places changing things back. Also my device disappeared from the web Google play store for a few days.

Thanks Oncop53, I had heard that it potentially messed with the location services and play store. I think I will just sit tight and wait. I might not be so inclined to wait if it were a more serious update Smile
