I don't recall being a member, I am certainly not one now.  Perhaps it just recalls the one time 10 years ago I might have tried the trial.

I have tried buying a case and the rewards do not apper to come up at the checkout. Perhaps I need to wait after 30 days of delivery or something?

I read somewhere that youtube premium is for new customers who are not premium already and it's automatic when you sign up using the phone itself. Never tried.

Yeah there is a wait time for the points to be loaded on your account - 30 days sounds about right for my situation.. The points appear on the "My Page" section of my samsung account, so you might just need to wait a little while longer?

Yes. Samsung chat says: "Your points from purchases will be credited 30 days after the product is delivered."

The only other thing that might be worth trying/checking is whether you've logged into your samsung account on your phone (under settings) before going to the youtube app to see if the premium trial's available?

In any event, I think there was a deadline to claim the free premium trial which may have expired now...

It has and to be honest, I'm pretty much not worried enough by it to continue spending more resources on it.

Youtube offer is still there, I just checked.

Opened youtube app on phone, clicked top right on my profile, then get Youtube Premium, and I get this screen:

So one part of Samsung NZ's website says points are usable after 30 days, another says usable after 14 days! Regardless, mine were available, but, went to redeem them, have ~$60 in my checkout but for some reason it only lets me use $46.75 and not the value that would pay for the item in full even though I have enough to cover it... seems a bit lame. :(

Yesterday I used my reward points to buy the 35w duo charger and screen protector.

First issue, NZ Post (or Samsung) didn't let me set an 'authority to leave' action on the parcel tracking, saying signature required.

Second issue, I received a "Delivery attempted - refer to card" email update at 11:13am, even though I work from home, and didn't hear any vehicle or person attempt the delivery to our house.
Our security camera also didn't pickup any vehicle or person. (our house is a back section away from road)

They just left the card in the mailbox (at the street) and left.

Had this happen a couple of times now, so I've lodged a complaint with NZ Post.

Did anyone get the new Samsung Super Fast Wireless Charger Duo (15W) as part of their S22 order bundle/bonus, that they don't need and want to sell?

I'm looking at buying one, and thought I'd ask here first in case someone has one unused.

Thanks

I'd probably also be keen if there is more than 1

Anyone know if that charger would also charge my Huawei GT2 Pro watch?

I'm no longer looking for the wireless charger duo, as I got one today via a good deal from someone who had an extra one.
Works great for fast wireless charging my S22 (with fan), and charging my watch 4 and buds2.

@networkn might still be looking if anyone else has one going.

Is anyone using Samsung DeX for PC, either with the S22 series of earlier phones?

Useful?

Stable?

I have been using the MS 'Your Phone' app on my PC and have found it useful.  But every so often does seem to 'play up' (currently will start opening, then just disappears :(

Is Dex a similar application?  Seems to have some additional features (eg. drag & drop file transfer to PC, though that has always been available via Windows file manager)

I have a docking station on my desk, and when I forget/too lazy to find my laptop, the Note 9 plugs in just fine and it facilitates easier typing up of emails on bigger screens etc.

It is indeed, which is weird as I checked earlier this evening and there was nothing.

Anyway, downloading now.
