Finally managed to ressurect my One after a failed OTA install which was a nightmare in itself, no recovery, no adb so managed to fastboot install TWRP and then USBOTG a custom rom onto phone and install from there... turned into a stressful evening lol

@ Klipspringer - Having similar issue with Skype, wont let me logon since moving to 4.4 :(

My skype has been fine.

Must say I like the Caller ID by Google.

My 4G Nexus has the update, but I can no longer use swiftkey? The Google keyboard is greyed out and I can't change it?
Now my S4 has the update available however I'm reluctant as it's disabled swiftkey!

Your S4 won't be getting KitKat unless it's a Google play edition, will be 4.3

Upgrade to 4.4.2 was "pushed" on to my Nexus 4 this afternoon. Everything seems to work fine.

Just checked my phone after reading this post - system update was available to install. Had previously checked at 8.47am at which time it was not available. Unfortunately the biggest issue I have with Kitkat (the white only notification status indicators/icons) are unlikley to be changed.
