Finch: Thanks for the replies regarding the above questions...

Another question, probably more Android 6.0 related but..

Why is there no option to restart the device? Since I started using the 6P, the only option is Shut down.

That's always been the case with Nexus phones, at least for the N4, 5 and now 6P that I've had! It's part of the vanilla nature of it, it would be nice but not a huge loss in reality

Android doesn't have a restart option. I think you can enable one via developer options, but don't quite me on that.

My 6P arrived yesterday. Doing from the M7 this thing is huge. Almost seems a similar jump in size from iPhone 4 to M7.

So far I seem to have been lucky I don't have the issues people are complaining about. My speakers seem to both be the same volume. My headphone jack is plenty loud enough, it's uncomfortably loud at 1/2 volume with my Ostry KC06a ear phones.

There is a couple of small things though. The screen does have a bit more colour shift/rainbow effect then I am used to but this is my first oled screen. The plastic cover on the bottom rear of the phone covering the screws is a slightly different shade of black, it's slightly grey. And there is a spot on the back that the dye did not take but it's tiny.

Did you get the transparent case in NZ?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

I think he means nexus phones, but I could be wrong. Would like to have a restart option, but not exactly a deal breaker.

I meant stock (Nexus) Android.

HTC don't run pure Android. Android, as provided by Google, for Nexus devices doesn't have a restart option.

Anyone else finding the Google Play device store broken? I click on the green button 'buy from $1,099' then the side pops out but I cannot click on anything - have they sold out? anyone else experience the same issue? btw, I've tested it on both Safari 9.0.1 and Internet Explorer 11 - both experience the same issue.

It's been like that for a while now. It's only for the 6P and 5X, other products seen to work fine.

OK I'm unsure if I'm having a dumb moment or my phone is bugged.

I'm trying to set up my alarms but I can't get an alarm to be set to go off on Mon-Fri. When I click the repeat button I get the days of the week showing. I would have thought I would just select the days I want but I'm unable to. Sometimes selecting Monday highlights Tuesday etc.

Am I doing it wrong or is it broke?

I got the case straight from Google.
It's the Adopted transparent case.
Very nice fit.
