How long have you had the phone?

You could either;
1. Call 0800 Samsung
2. If in Auckland take it to the repair center in Rosedale
3. Take it to a Samsung studio (Auckland/welli/Chch) - they will facilitate the repair.

Have you checked the phone in safe mode or used the diagnostics in Samsung Members to confirm the camera is dead?
