As an Apple fanboi, I am always envious when Samsung release their new Galaxy range, as they are always ahead of the curve on the things that I think are important, like the 10x Optical zoom/telephoto camera etc. 

 

One thing I am not sure about though, is the look of the Ultra with (approx) 34 cameras on it's back. 

 

 

if it has 34 cameras I'll be first to buy. the s22 ultra is perfect for me in terms of the 4 cameras at the back, the more the better for me.

It seems all the value bundles on Samsung store are out of stock. Just tried on PBTech ad the Poli payments keep timing out.

keep checking back, when I placed my 1st order 3 of the 5 bundles were out of stock, when I placed my 2nd order only 1 was out of stock. 1st order I chose white buds because black was out of stock and watches were out of stock, 2nd order chose purple buds because black & white were out of stock. 3rd order chose white watch because they were back in stock except for black. I then looked at the options last night and black & white buds were both available again and so was the black watch! Wth! Don’t know what samsung store is doing but it is frustrating seeing the option you actually want not available at the time you place an order but then being available half a day later.

Did you cancel your previous orders to place new ones? Or were you actually making multiple orders? Just wondering because i wanted to cancel my order and make a new order with some other bundle but wasn't sure if cancelling would cost me or even go back to the queue or something

I'm considering getting the buds pro if the black or white come back in to stock, if not I'll take the buds 2 instead, might stick the order in and cancel if the pros come back in. The store seems all over the place with stock and now I can't even add to basket. I've been considering cheap ANC buds for mowing the lawn so I'll take these as a better option if they are coming in with the phone bundle.

You can also try buy it from FB marketplace there are plenty brand new unopened buds pro there, I saw one for 150 so about half of the $300 credit? Just an option if you couldn't find on the store.

Can confirm the F&F discount is 30%.

 

I enquired about the S22 Ultra, 512GB and was told the price would be $1679.30, as opposed to $2399 normally. Busy placing my order.

 

In my experience, the F&F discount is normally about 5% more than the EPP Offer.

 

So I wouldn't get my hopes up for 35% EPP offer. Still need to order another device for the wife and only allowed 1 through the F&F offer. 

 

Will place a second order through EPP.  

 

 

how do i get this 30-35% discount? cheers

Black's now out of stock in the 2s as well. Their stock is going very weird today so might let it play out. I wasn't planning on spending $200+ on ear buds but was willing to spend on the phone so I'll take the bundled in ones of I can get them.

I ordered 1 for me and 1 for the wife, So yeah I cancelled one of the 3 orders because it was 128gb when wife needs 256gb. I called samsung to ask if they could just amend the order and I pay the difference but eventually after asking many times they informed me they don’t have that ability so had to cancel and re-order. They did warn me that reordering may mean I won’t get the phone on release day if the initial stock has already sold and may have to wait until the next available batch. I grilled them about this and they said they had no idea how much stock was available and couldn’t tell me if my orders would or wouldnt be sent on release day. poor level of inventory keeping, was also a very long and painful conversation as it wasn’t a nz call centre and when asked a direct question they would answer “uh-huh ok, thank you”, eg I asked them if they could amend the order or did I need to cancel and reorder - their answer “ok thank you”. I had to tell them thats not an answer and that I was asking them a question, to which they would then tell me it would take 4-5 working days for a refund, still didn’t answer the original question, but eventually got there after about 40mins of re asking the same question in different ways so they could understand. Frustrating.

Yea thats frustrating, I was on the phone with them as well for last 2 days for some other stuff and found similar sort of service. I think they are trying to stick to the "text book" call center phone etiquette.

 

Anyway, did they charge you for cancelling the order? I'm tossing up between getting another bundle through them by cancelling and reordering vs just keeping my current order and buying extra stuff from trademe/fb when there will be huge influx of accessories from people who got them for free with pre-order.
