If they value it full price, yes.

But they dont. So unsure what value they give it, but if caught in customs then I guess there will be a problem, and the true value would have to be disclosed, and then the GST paid.

To get past customs with no GST it would have to be in the region of 599 USD + shipping, to give a little bit of head room, and hope it goes through.

But its the same no matter who you import it from, if they give it full price, you add the GST.

One of the many risks with importing I guess

Wondamobile also emailed me saying "We will declare a low value for the parcel, you don't need to pay extra customs and taxes other than our prices."
If anyone was curious about buying from them too. 
They dont have stock currently though and can't backorder/pre-order

M going to bali in july and they have official oppo stored, price is close to 3k nzd.. camera kit is expensive..500usd
