mrtoken: My god that ultra looks great for the price

Do the phones have a LED notification light?
and if so does it support red/green/blue etc?

The Smart Prime has a white LED notification line, so I assume that the Ultra will have one too but I don't know if it's colour or not.

The ultra is made by ZTE where as the prime is made by Alcatel, they do look similar but I wouldn't count on it

Wow. Next time my phone dies I'd sure consider this one. FM radio = good bonus too.

Seems neither the Smart nor Smart Ultra do Band 28 (700 MHz).  Correct?

If not, a big negative.

DS248: Does the Ultra have NFC?

Yes - the prime and ultra both have NFC. We're working on getting them Semble approved.

Home button doubles as a notification light. It's blue.

Check the ultra thread for the video showing it in action.

IIRC 504 is a gateway error, tried over a different WiFi network, or over 3G/4G?

You can always try pushing it to your phone from the web store at play.google.com, or grab a copy of the latest version from here and sideload it.

I have only tried it over my wifi network ans from my computer to push it through to the phone from the play google store.
It seems to download fine just installing is the problem. I will try the side load and let you now thanks

Does anyone else find that the bit around the earphone speaker is quite sharp and can even cut you?

So if you run your finger over the earpiece you can feel something sharp? Mine's smooth with the earpies grill slightly recessed.
