What a time to be ordering S23U, in the midst of a cyclone.
Order placed on Saturday and status updated to 'preparing dispatch' this morning but I am not hopeful that it will be delivered on time.

My Ali order turned up this morning, so🤞
You just hope they don't close the fulfilment centre today or tomorrow otherwise there shouldn't be any delays.
I have a spare Sammy S23U screen protector pack (2 sheets) if anyone is interested.

I only received the phone, all the accessories I purchased using the store credit (case, screen protector, charger) did not arrive. I don't feel safe carrying around such an expensive phone with no case and screen protector...

That's odd. I received all of mine together. They must have run out of stock and waiting on more?
Yeah I personally wouldn't use the phone naked.

I received my precious today. Cases all sold out of course so I was a bit slow on that. No gel case in the box like there was with my note 20. Doing the transfer stuff now.

I think the right adjective is "raw dogging" as in "I wouldn't recommend raw dogging your new S23".
Has anyone had any luck using the 2degrees trade-in site? Every time I enter the IMEI number it of my newly purchased S23U it says "Please re-check the IMEI Number."
I think my courier hates me, my packages now do this funny thing when on tracking it says "with courier for delivery" with delivery date of that day, then around 8am it changes to "next courier run" (which should be that afternoon) then it gets pushed back a day. Now some might say "weather" but this has been happening for the last month or 2.
Again this morning it says "next courier run" so will see if it turns up today (not really expecting it with this weather however).

Hey @bunker. any luck with this? I am now facing the same problem...
Thinking back I had the exact same issue with my Note 20. The IMEI on my receipt doesn't match the one on my phone. I think PB tech just make one up. I have sent the trade in people a e-mail (sh-ap-nz-service-orders@cevalogistics.com) to log a ticket. I love tickets.
I think this is just part of the standard way to make sure you don't get your $600.
Did anyone order a Samsung S23 through Vodafone? It seems all other places have already shipped the pre orders while Vodafone is adamant we get our pre orders after the release date. Or am I the odd one out whose order hasn't shipped through Vodafone?

Hey there
When did you order? We did have a presale and a early shipment for pre-orders from the 2nd to the 8th. Anything after the 8th would be shipped when stock was available.
FWIW, my S23 Ultra came from Vodafone retail and I went through the same BAU process for customers.
