bmt: Took my phone with the 2 stuck pixels back to the Telecom store this afternoon. Served by the store manager, told her whats up and she took it out back to try see the pixels (had to check with her minion in the end). Told me my only option was for them to send it to HTC, which would take an estimated 5-10 business days, and said it would probably be replaced anyway.
She implied because I had had the phone for 48 hours (quelle horreur) that it could not be swapped on the spot. Needless to say, not too happy. Thoughts?
Oh, and I went on online chat before I went, they just advised me "if you feel the phone you were sold is defective then I suggest you take it back to the store you purchased from".
No way would I be happy for a 5-10 day delay on a 48 hour old phone
