OK guys, because i got a couple PM's I thought id post my version of CM9 for you all. Let me be clear, this is CM9 base not mine. I just fixed a couple things, optimized for us here in NZ, made it a little smoother and a bit better battery and restored most of it to AOSP ICS.

This will essentially give you a Galaxy Nexus with a better camera ;)

REMEMBER... If you do this you need to ROOT your device and install a custom recovery which will void your warranty and if you do it wrong may brick your device, so follow the proper XDA or similar guides ;)

Don't expect weekly updates but i will update it for significant bugs/changes.

And even though they will never read this, thanks Cyanogen and the team for the hard work

NOTES:

*For some reason yet to be found by me or anyone else, upon first boot and after you have set your phone up you need to do a simple reboot to get the APN's to register and get mobile data working. 

*Facelock/unlock doesnt work properly.

*Other than that you shouldn't have any significant bugs. 

*This will work on both the i9100 and the i9100T and WILL NOT change your radio.

*I am on a i9100T and using Modem KG2 < Best ive found (original Telecom modem)

*For best results when still on Android 2.3 i recommend running through this GUIDE and THEN ROOT your device and install ICS, this isn't needed if you don't want to do it, and applies to all ICS Custom ROMs not just CM9. This will give you all the latest ICS drivers and boot loader before running ICS.


INSTALL:

1. Make sure you are ROOTed with CWM installed
2. Put ROM.zip on Internal SD Card 
3. Boot into CWM
4. Backup current ROM
5. Do a full MANUAL wipe (Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache) < Only this first release usually
6. Flash ROM
