I have jut received this phone new from Telecom. i read the Quick Start Guide but as I am not very efficient with new phones I am struggling to find full information on how to use this phone. Is there a site or some way of getting more detailed information for a novice user of one of these phones.

What are you trying to achieve? Getting emails, social networks, installing apps, placing phone calls?

Hi
I would like to know how to access app's and also when messaging can I go to one person without scrolling right through my list of contacts. I am sure there will be other issues as I try to get use to using it.

I hope you aren't expecting an Android (as this thread has been put into Android section) as the device is Windows Mobile 6.5

my advice would be take it back and get a real phone... support for windows mobile 6.5 is very limited

Yeah those phones are quite terrible (sorry not trying to be mean) . I support about 20 of them at work still and they are endlessly locking up/slow/generally painful.
