Samsung looks like it is going to release a Premium Suite for the Galaxy Note as a compensation for the long waiting time for ICS. This Premium Suite looks really promising...

Will this be a free update? 

What are your thoughts on this?

Yes it's free. It will be built into the"final" official ICS release which has started rolling out in Germany today but has not exactly been met with glowing praise. Sounds like it has a few issues, and the premium suite isn't quite what was promised. (Gleaned from XDA)
