I have a friend wanting an android tablet for work purposes.  Doesnt need to be anything majorly flash as their on a budget.  But it does have to have a reasonable battery life and a standby mode that actually works - I know alot of the real cheap and nasties really dont have a standby mode as such (owned a few over the years).  around a 7 inch screen would be acceptable.  Mainly it will be for the scheduler and viewing photos.

Anyone got any suggestions?

That actually doesnt look too bad.  Pity they neglect to list specs on it.  Going to have a talk to them tomorrow and see if their budget will stretch to the likes of a samsung galaxy/tab
