OK just got the confirmation regarding ICS availability from my Samsung Note tonight. My phone's not rooted.

Downloaded the 370-odd mb package, and it appeared to have installed OK. Then when it rebooted, it got stuck at the Samsung logo for over 20 mins. Took the battery out but to no avail.

Any suggestions without rooting?

I held down the power button + home + volume up and it takes me to an image of an Android... then it reboots and I am back to the Samsung logo...

Yeah, a bit of a bugger. I hope I can still access my phones on the internal memory before I wipe it to factory!
