25th of April, to be exact.  In fact, a more recent build was recently released as well.

Did you purchase your phone from Vodafone, or is it parallel imported?
Have you connected it to KIES recently? (On PC, AFAIK Mac updating doesn't work for the S2)
What do you get when you enter *#1234# in the dialler?

April there was even a thread on the VFNZ forum and customers were advised on twitter and facebook

Are you using Kies with handset connected over USB to a PC?

The update is not OTA

*Chuckled*

Connect to kies using USB cable and off you go. This was released 3 months ago.

Ok, I feel a bit of a plonker. In my defence, I was checking on the phone for upgrade via settings/about phone - and it would say no upgrade available.

Phone now upgraded via Kies!
