I created this chart tracking the progress of manufacturer* upgrades for the most major makers of Android phones.

* I note some of phones are carrier specific

See Chart here

Desktop: Playtech Core i7-920 / Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate
Laptop: IBM T41 Pentium-M / Windows XP 32-bit Professional
Smartphone: Apple iPhone 5 64GB / iOS 6.1.0

Looks good

So basically this is Manufacturer rolled out updates not carrier (unless phone is carrier specific?)

As a secondary issue, I wonder if our local carriers were able to provide you their update dates of relevant models so as to plot the android vs manufacturer vs carrier update cycle on another table?

I think on row 50 you have mis-named the LG Optimus 3D as the "3G". There is also a "3D Max". I own one of each. My 3D Max just received a 2.93mb firmware update OTA about an hour ago.

I used the names from Wikipedia.

Perhaps you could convert this to a wikipedia page then everyone could contribute?
Some sort of Android device update history list?

Coloured tables are supported:
