If not buying second hand probably hard to do better than the Huawei G300.

Cool, I see it only had Android 2.3, can it be updated to 4.0  or wil it have Google Play as opposed to Android market, because with Market I couldn't get the MySky app :(

Yes you can get JB/ICS for it. I think it's getting official ICS soon, but to get it now I think you would need to install a custom rom

Well Warehouse stationary had the g300 for $239 so I now own one and im pretty happy with it so far, except for the fact it took me a couple of hours to turn on mobile data, you have to have roaming data turned on, this might be just becasue I have a 2degrees sim in it???

Whats "ota" lokhor? and what are the advantages of 4.0 over 2.3?

Hi, OTA is over the air, obviously you are not in a 2deg primary area as you must be roaming to Voda. For all general purposes I see little or no advantage in ICS or GB, I have two android devices, a SGS on GB and a Nexus7 on JB and personally other than the subtle difference in look and feel there is not a lot, but your and other mileage may vary
