I have a stock 4.1.2 ROM on my galaxy S2 - thing is, i am withdrawing from custom shortcuts bar on most custom roms - (the line of things that appear when you pull/swipe down the notification bar)

Is it possible to have a custom shortcuts bar?

Have you checked the mods/themes/apps subforum for the S2 over at XDA?

ah thanks

it appears I had used the wrong term ... searching for toggles found me an app called

notification toggle ... Will see if it works

Yeah there are plenty of toggle mods for stock ROMs
