Hi all,

I've been looking at Chinese Android 7" tablets and have settled on the Hyundai T7s which has good specs, decent build quality and a low price ... certainly better specs that the Slate7 or recently announced Tab3 (and even on a par, if not better than the Nexus 7).

Trying to source a new one in NZ hasn't been easy ... any recommendations about local suppliers or good overseas ones?

Thanks!

Aliexpress are pretty good I've dealt with them before

Specs might look good but may pay to do some more reading up on it but certainly great for price.

I'll let you know when mine turns up :-) ALthough with some of those Chinese suppliers it can be 2-3 months.

My 9.7" Android RK3188 based tablet with retina screen (2048*1536), 2GB RAM and 16GB storage is pretty sweet though... $300 landed

I bought mine from Merimobiles (I live in Australia). They have a physical presence in Canada and provide excellent service. They will even pay for up to $25 postage if item needs to be send back for repair.
Check out this website for customer reviews:

This is their website:

Right now you can't order from them as they sold out, but they should be back on sale next week from what they told me.

By the way, the T7s is a very good tablet, fast and with a really nice screen. And with all that Samsung hardware you can hardly go wrong.

Thanks for the recommendations for where to buy the tablet.

Reviews seem to be good and people who have bought it seem happy with the build quality.
