I never even heard of this one, but just saw it on PB site and XDA:

6.3 inches... on a phone! Pity it is only a dual core and 8GB of built in storage.

There is also a 5.8inch variant think these are for people that want a cheap phablet for web browsing and entertainment needs, Sammy is really opening up a wide range of android phone. The monopoly continues!
