There's a rather large difference between 4.0 and 4.1 and the 4.1.2 firmware from experience is more polished than the 4.1.1 versions.
stevenz: Looks the same to me other than being slightly smoother ("project butter") in some cases for v4.1.
Nothing here leaps out at me as being particularly useful, especially on a tablet unless you're an audiophile: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_version_history
Plus some camera improvements, but I'd hope people wouldn't be using a tablet as a serious camera.
